Near Granada city, there is a place to part a car, good price, a lot of markets around.
Quite old furniture, but it's ok.
-> good location parking just next road the club we wanted to go was just 10min walk away mcDo 24hours just across the road 5mins drive to central, but id still recommend to take a bus, expensive parking plus many road closures room: nice power shower, heating working very good, beds were confortable, enough for a short trip
breakfast wasnt buffet, coffee or tea a no-natural orangejuice and a toast, would rather have breakfast in McDo
Although rather small the room was clean and reasonably furnished. Will probably use this hotel again because of the convenient location, but doubtful if we will ever eat there again.
Restaurant meals for our first two nights were just about ok but on the third night the food was atrocious. Fish totally raw on the inside, but told by the chef (who fingered the fish on the plate) that it was cooked and pink was the correct colour - this was sole! He then expected this meal to be eaten! Also the starter had a great deal of garlic, quite acceptable for me but not for my friend. Asked for a different starter for her and was told by the chef that there was no garlic in the dish. After living in Spain for almost 30 years both my friend and I know what garlic tastes like.
meals included in half board bad
It was convenient to a bus stop, from where we could visit Granada city
The food was not good and overpriced. The room was not very comfortable The price quoted did not include IVA an extra 8% on expected price. A house standard wine of red rioja, cost almost 20 euros. Similar wines in a supermarket sell at less than 4 euros..
Excellent Staff, very friendly. Food in the bar excellent. Ideal location for the Feria Ground
The rooms very small and quite dated. Update needed !!! TV did not seem to want to work.
Busstop at the front.
Abrupt Staff No English Basic Room No baths just old Shower cubes , restaurant the redeeming factor only but know how to charge though....
All of it.
good location for travelling easy access to and from the autovia. Ten minutes taxi ride to city centre.
beds had the feeling of a "camp bed" style.
it could be more clean.. the room was smelling wall paint
Economic hotel that has a good breakfast (natural orange juice, coffee, bread with butter and fruit jam). Good Wi-Fi coverage.
The cleanliness of the room is bad: the bed sheets were dirty and with lots of hairs. The staff had changed them only at the third night, after a second warning. The door of the shower was broken and wasn't fixed during all the stay. The mattress was bigger than the bed: if I reached its border, I would fall from the bed.
Free parking lots not sufficiently available. Our room needs urgently to be renovated. Beds are not very comfortable.
The hotel is well situated, but it's still difficult to hunt for parking spaces on the street, but not as bad as other cities. The attention of the people in the restaurant was great!
TV wouldn't work. We found a couple of spiders that seemed to take a liking to my daughter, who doesn't appreciate or tolerate them very well.
Check in/out process was easy and the staff did their best with what was available at the time of our arrival in the mid afternoon.
We requested a non-smoking room and received a smoke filled room. Using the ac only made it worse as that is where the smoke was coming in from. At first I couldn’t understand why all the vent slats on the ceiling ac vent were forced closed but upon turning on the ac I soon figured it out. Leaving the room window open didn’t help much as it brought the road and restaurant noise into out room. Staying in that room caused my sinuses to block up, my throat to burn and I woke up with a headache. We tried to change rooms but the replacement room’s bathroom smelled up the whole room with the smell of backup sewage. The restaurant was average and the waiter started off a bit odd. We didn't feel as if we were really welcome but I guess that's mainly due to the fact the place seemed to have local 'regulars' eating there.
Ease and simplicity of transport into Granada city.and parking at the hotel.
Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.Bar staff and waiters/waitresses were less than accomadating. In general the whole hotel requires updating and a coat of paint.
